Named after Evan Williams who opened Kentucky's First Distillery in 1783, our Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon is 100 proof, aged for four years and results in a Bourbon that is smooth, rich and easy to enjoy.
The bourbon is medium amber in color. It has aromas of vanilla and mint with a taste of oak, brown sugar and caramel.

The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with refreshing infusions of Rose and Cucumber. Hand-crafted on the Southwest coast of Scotland in the decidedly un-ginnish town of Girvan, tiny batches are produced one at a time, which gives Ms. Lesley Gracie, the inventor of Hendrick’s Gin, greater control of her careful artistry. Xicaru, the Zapotec word for beautiful, reflects Fernando Santibañez’s desire to share a traditionally produced mezcal that is approachable and distinct. Using his grandmother’s recipe, we make small batches of Xicaru Mezcal with time-honored methods at a palenque in Matatlán, Oaxaca. This mezcal showcases the 100% Maguey espadin from which it’s made. Its natural smoky flavor is derived by cooking the maguey in a conical stone oven on mesquite and ocote, woods native to Oaxaca.
