At Park Place, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. Because our inventory includes both alcoholic beverages and perishable deli items, our returns and cancellations policy varies by product type.
Alcoholic Beverages (Wine, Spirits, Beer)
Returns
Due to state regulations, we are unable to accept returns for orders containing wine, spirits, beer, or other alcoholic beverages once they have been safely delivered and signed for.
If you receive the wrong item, vintage, or size, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@parkplaceliquordeli.com. We will work with you to address any discrepancies.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the order has not yet been delivered.

Deli Items
Order Cancellations
Orders for deli items may be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
To cancel a deli order, please call (619) 435-0116 with your order number.
Due to the perishable nature of our deli products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience any issues with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items, quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

Refunds or store credit may be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items
- Products that do not meet our quality standards
We are unable to issue refunds for:
- Orders canceled after the cancellation window
- Items not stored or handled properly after pickup or delivery
