Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made with a high percentage of imported German rye, pays tribute to an immigrant maker. Strong and bold, this offering honors Christian Heigold, a German stonecutter who settled in Louisville prior to 1850. Taken by the hope of this new land, he carved symbols of his patriotism on the facade of his now landmark home.
The Blanton's Single Barrel Black Japanese 700ml is a limited edition whiskey from the Blanton's distillery in Kentucky. This whiskey is made from a blend of corn, rye, and malted barley, and is aged in charred oak barrels for at least 8 years. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice. It is bottled at 90 proof and has a smooth, full-bodied finish. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks.
No other bourbon today can stand 20 years of aging, but this bourbon does it with style.
This is a robust and full-bodied rye whiskey, known for its bold, spicy flavor profile and uncut, unfiltered strength. Part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, it delivers intense notes of cinnamon, clove, and dark fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

Introducing RoadStock Rye: The world’s first ever finished-on-the-road whiskey. Once again we have broken down the boundaries of what’s possible in the whiskey world. WhistlePig RoadStock Rye was created on the road less traveled and is the first ever All-American barrel double finished rye. In collaboration with Jordan Winery and Firestone Walker Brewery, the epic journey of RoadStock began earlier this year at our 500-acre farm in Shoreham, VT, where we commissioned an 18-wheeler ‘Rolling Rickhouse’, which would make its way from Vermont to California and back on an epic 6,000-mile journey. Upon completion of the RoadStock Rolling Rickhouse, half of the future RoadStock whiskey was transferred into Bordeaux blend casks from Jordan Winery that would make the full 6000-mile round trip journey providing ample time for the whiskey to steal the nuanced complexity from these incredible casks. The other half of the whiskey would remain in their virgin oak original barrels until we made it to California. After weaving along the historic Route 66, the RoadStock Rolling Rick House headed north to Firestone Walker Brewing Company in Paso Robles, CA. where the balance of the whiskey was transferred into Firestone’s Imperial Stout, Imperial Blonde Ale and Experimental Ale barrels to finish on the long journey back to Vermont. When we returned to the farm we knew we had something truly exceptional on our hands. So we blended and bottled WhistlePig Roadstock Rye and even created a rubber tire topper to commemorate the journey. This 86-proof, hand-crafted stunner sings with a symphony of raspberry jam, brown sugar, and toasted cedar. Buckle up, because it’s about to take your tastebuds on an unforgettable ride. NOSE Ripened red berry fruit, with hints of maple syrup and marmalade. PALATE Brown sugar and mocha heightened in the presence of stewed fruit and barrel spice. FINISH Roasted malt, tanned leather and fresh cracked pepper.
This 13-year breaks the mold, as it is one of the oldest rye whiskeys available today. The maturity it has achieved while aging is quite obvious when you take the first sip.

Our Islay barley series has always been a mission. For many years now we’ve sought to showcase the phenomenon of “terroir” in single malt whisky – the belief that soil, climate, micro-climate, geographic orientation, natural influences and local weather systems will influence the quality and flavour profile of the spirit, making it a unique expression of ‘place’. Bruichladdich Islay barley 2011 is distilled from barley grown on six western and central Islay farms in 2010.

defined by the Whisky Advocate-Highlands, Scotland "Lemonade, icing sugar, vanilla, nougat, and maple on the nose. Progressively sweeter. Rich and sweet on the palate, notably fruity, with spicy orange and brittle toffee. Medium length finish, with milk chocolate-coated ginger and lingering toffee.

"The sweetness of the oak and the barley are matched beautifully by the dry peat smoke. Islay grown, the barley seems more distinct and brings through the peach and apple typical of our spirit.".
Established in 1815, Ardbeg is revered by connoisseurs around the world as among the peatiest and smokiest, yet most complex, of all the Islay malts. Despite its smokiness, it is renowned for its delicious sweetness, a phenomenon that has affectionately become known as ‘the peaty paradox’. Ardbeg’s home is the small, remote Scottish Isle of Islay (pronounced eye-lah). . The Ardbeg Distillery perches by a rocky cove on the island’s wild and untamed southern coast. Celtic monks, raiding Norsemen, the Lords of the Isles, 19th century smugglers…they’ve all played their part in Ardbeg’s story. Islay’s dramatic past lives in the Ardbeg brand to this day. Ardbeg doesn’t behave like other whiskies – predictable or safe. Never has. Never will. Unorthodox and authentic to the core, it’s rooted in our island home and its people. Yet never stuck in the past. Rich with smoky aromatics, a beguiling mix of warm Christmas cake, walnut oil and parma violets fuse with fresh ocean spice, cedar and pine needles. A smouldering smoky coal fire and well-oiled leather bring warmth. Treacle toffees and chocolate-coated raisins bring indulgence through the smoke. With water, the deep smokiness increases like a Christmas pudding on fire. Tarry smoke and diesel oil bring smells of an age past. Rich currants and warm banana and walnut bread sit with mocha espresso.

A distinctively rich and fruity flavor for those looking to explore the Single Malt category.
