The most vibrant expression of Tempranillo from Rioja that shows fresh red fruit characteristics and a slight vanilla character from its ageing for four months in American oak. The nose is intense and rich in aromas. First with fresh red fruit, later with wood nuances and gentle sweet notes of vanilla and finish with other sweet spices. On the palate it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish with memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa. The grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed and carried to stainless steel vats for fermentation at a controlled temperature. During fermentation, regular pump-overs are used to extract color and flavors. After fermentation, the wine ages in American oak barriques for 4 months and in this stage it gains the toasted aromas that complement the primary fruit character. Pairs well with pasta, poultry, grilled chicken and veggies, and fresh light cheeses.
