The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. Highly approachable and enjoyable with a broad range of cuisine, Whispering Angel is a premium rosé that you can drink from mid-day to midnight. Created by Sacha Lichine following his acquisition of Château d’Esclans in 2006, his vision was to create the greatest rosés in the world igniting the “Rosé Renaissance”. Sacha introduced new and innovative winemaking techniques to Provence which revolutionized the styles of rosés being produced from this region. This led to the creation of Whispering Angel, a world class rosé which presents both ease and accessibility making for enjoyment and pleasure. As Sacha says “In the Esclans Valley angels whisper. If you drink this wine, you might hear them… If you visit us, you might see them.”

Bieler Pere & Fils Sabine Rose Wine is a classic Provence Rose wine with a delicate balance of flavors. Summery flowers, white tea and Provence herbs balance enticing aromatics of peach, white cherry and wild raspberry. This blush wine finds a delicate balance of floral, herbal, wild red fruit and stone fruit flavors and has a creamy, yet lifted palate interwoven with rose petals and wet stones. The wine is in no way heavy on the palate, but rather the palate has tremendous length. The goal wasn't a Rose wine with singular big flavors, the goal was a wine with more nuance, energy, soul and personality. Awards for this pink wine include 90 Points from Vinous in 2019 and 100 Top Values of 2018 from Wine Spectator; try the latest release. Pair this dry blush wine with pizza topped with prosciutto and balsamic. The grapes are grown in the hills surrounding Aix-en-Provence in order to focus on the cooler, more rugged and higher elevation in those vineyards. The result is gentler ripening and more natural acidity, two critical attributes to make the best kind of Rose. This French wine is a blend of 41% Grenache, 27% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cinsault and 5% Rolle. Instead of using a single approach to each fermentation, the winemakers break up each vineyard into parts, using different yeasts, juice solids and lees treatments so each tank is a little different and brings a unique perspective in the final blend. This bottled wine has 12.9% alcohol by volume and comes in a screw cap bottle for easy opening without a corkscrew. The Bieler family has been producing Rose from Provence since the 1990’s. Charles Bieler continues the family's tradition in the South of France.

Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Alsatian engineer Marcel Ott. Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer, producing some of the world’s most prestigious wines. These wines are made at three distinctively different estates: Château Romassan (Bandol), Clos Mireille and Château de Selle (both Côtes de Provence). Château de Selle is located in the Côtes de Provence appellation, located inland on limestone hillsides, enjoying abundant sunshine. The proportion of stone in the soil is 40 to 50 percent, making it an arid soil and, despite the presence of some extremely fertile clay deposits, yields are low. Château de Selle has an area of 345 acres, of which 160 acres are planted. Year after year, the cultivated area of the estate wins over part of the rocky terrain. The earth is mechanically tilled while retaining a natural balance, the original proportion of stone being maintained after crushing. The crushing process is carried out on a yearly basis.
